    water cooland system on a SLX 780

    IS it suppose to get really hot? or stay cool because of the water???
    Because mine is really hot... i wonder if it is normal.

    You should be able to put your hand on any part of the engine and exhaust system without burning yourself. A few seconds putting your hand on it before it starts to hurt.

    Water temperature is about 143F, when the thermostat is operating properly.

    ditch the thermostat and let your machine warm up before you jump on the gas

    okie dokie so i guess temperature is right lol. I tough it should be 0 degree lol..
