Like the rules with any engine. Check for fuel and spark. Make sure your battery is producing the proper voltage. Weak batteries are a big problem with these skis.

No, the title does not say it all.

    What model and year?

    What diagnostics have you done?

    Do you have spark?

    When did it last start?

    How strong is the battery?
What is the battery voltage while cranking the engine?

Does it have the original ignition system, or the Update Kit installed?

Biggest thing to know right now is the cranking voltage taken at the battery with a volt meter. Must be a minumim of 10.6 while cranking.

Polaris made the 1050 engine from 1996 through 1999, and used it in both two and three seat models.

You STILL have not told us what year and model you actually have.

You must use a multi-meter to measure the battery voltage while cranking. The display in the MFD is not accurate enough.

When you say not firing, do you mean you do not see a spark when you test with a spark plug held against the engine, or just that it is not actually starting.

Right now, my guess is that you need to replace that battery with a new battery.

Buy a factory sealed AGM type battery. They work best for PWC. Odyssey PC625 or Deka ETX16LM are good choices.

Yes, it's a must on strong voltage at the battery while cranking.
