    Hull Damage

I have a 09 SHO Cruiser and have never beached it and managed to keep it pretty much spotless up until Memorial Day Weekend. I had my ski anchored not too far from shore on Lake Travis and the wakes from all the huge power boats drifted it up on shore. It was beached on the rocks and got some pretty deep scratches on the bottom of the hull. I haven't had a chance to ride it since. Will this affect my top speed and how much would it cost to fix?

It wouldn't affect the speed maybe handling(if its real bad)
You would have to take it in to find out how much it would cost to fix

Assuming that the scratches are only in the clear coat you can try to buff them out with some polish and wax. I've beached my fzr a handful of times and I have some light scratches towards the front of the keel but its nothing a nice coat of wax can't take out. If the scratches are into the hull (you can see the hull) then I suggest having them professionally repaired. I have some of those on my ski from the dealer but I gave them a light sanding (500grit) and a few coats of clear coat and now they look fine. You can still see them but its on the bottom of the hull so I am not too worried. Good luck.
