Low RPM with New Prop
I was running a stock four blade on my P-X with a worx intake and on flat water , no wind, 64° water 71° air 8340 - 8360 rpm = 73.4 mph then I changed the prop to a brand new 14/18 SKAT 3-blade to get better holeshot and I got only 7740 - 7760 rpm = 68.8 mph.
It didn't pull harder or accellerate quicker and I couldn't get it past 7760 RPM !!
I want the holeshot and the RPM for some speed.
What can I do???

What prop did u have in there before the skat?
How much boost do u have?
What size nozzle are u running?
An ECU alone will not change your boost , only rev limit, and if your not in your target RPM range u wont get the boost needed to turn that bigger prop. your old prop was pretty close , but u will need a smaller 3 blade. The 3 blade angles, and pitch #'s are alot taller than 4 blade pitch #'s.

No idea what boost... other than 4" air and the ECU it's a stock boat...

Has anybody had any experience with a 13/18 on a slightly modded RXP-X??

I ran one on my RXP up to 79-80 mph with a B kit charger and rude 1 for a while. Awesome Acceleration.
