    Crap I need your guys help again

    I really have no idea on what to do now. I took my boat in for service on Aug 30 for this problem http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11314. They told me that some parts need to be ordered to include a new complete supercharger.

    Well I have been calling like twice a week to check on the status of the repair; and every single time I called I get the same response, they supercharger still didn’t arrive.....its on back order. This has been going on for the past month and I’m really getting frustrated that this part will never come in, so I gave them a call today and asked them if it’s possible to get the part from a different dealer, or for me to purchase it and get reimbursed for it.

    I was told no, but if I wanted I can buy the part from a different dealer or from somewhere else, but it needs to be a new and original BRP part and that they will only reimburse me there cost of ($1,300) not what I pay for it...so I might lose a few hundred buck. So what the hell can I do now? Who can I call for help?

    I would love to give the an earful but they are my only service in the area...so I got to be nice.

    I feel your pain. My ski has been in the shop 3 weeks in July (only supposed to be in for 1 week). She's currently in the hsop to refix the previous repair job. It's been 4 weeks and counting (supposed to be four days).

    I'll be calling tomorrow.

    my ski is in the shop too, but that`s another story, anyways why do they say you need a complete SC?

    You could buy one in the classifieds here for a few $$$ and install i and run your ski, when the stealership finnally get`s your warrantied replacement simply go pick it up...PR...
