    Leaving O2 sensor in sled

We are moving an LM2 between 2 sleds. My understanding is the O2 sensor needs to be heated prior to starting the engine. Is there a way to power the O2 sensor without buying another LM2 or LC1.

We keep our sleds on Hydroports and would like to keep the on port wrenching to a minimum. We already have (2) O2 sensors.

Dont do it, they will not last long due to the moisture in the exhaust system. It will go bad. That will be an expensive lesson for you

I leave mine in, but have it in the exhaust manifold and have it connected to an LC1. If it is not connected to anything it will get damaged. You can see in this pic where I had the 08 mani tapped.
