    Does fzr/fzs have porpoising problem?

I keep reading all of these people complaining about the fz`s nose bouncing/porpoising just like the gpr`s did.Has anybody else had this problem?
I must admit ive watched a lot of youtube video`s and the fz`s do seem to have that annoying bounce much like the early generation gp`s had.anybody else feel the same way?

I know a guy who just bought a FZS to replace his RXT 215 that he just sold after engine failure due to ceramic bearing issue. He says the FZS bounces much more - he wasn't very happy about that. Where he rides there is always a lot of boat chop.

PS: No ski is perfect. Pick a ski that is right for your conditions and riding style. If you are looking for a ski in the rough consider an Ultra 260X, FX SHO, or a RXT-X 260.

I just watched some of the videos from mudbug and the whole video is a side view of 2 fzs`s going down the river and there riding just as flat and calm as anything!!!! not even a slight glitch of porpoising or nose bounce.

My stock fzr doesn't bounce at wot unless the trim is all the way up and the bounce is minimal.

The two stockers that I have ridden did not bounce. However, once the modding begins it inevitably will bounce. Dialing it in by shimming will be the key. Cost vs. payoff for me.... more bounce = higher speed and less turning predictability, less bounce = less speed but more turning predictability.

True but those conditions would be considered completely flat where I ride. I would hope that most modern skis wouldn't bounce on flat water . Nonetheless, it is a great CC ski obviously.

I have an 09 FZS with the stock rideplate and STOCK intake grate. We rode all over 250 miles at MB. The plate is shimmed UP for speed, my bounce was minimum with it trimmed up. Trim down, no issues with the plate or grate. BUT, I do know how to use my trim...lol
