the R2 programming is for stock injectors. if you wanted to run a E1 or C5/6 wheel. you can with the stock injectors. but, you would want a rrfpr set at static and tune your afr with the fuel pressure. a turn of the regulator and recheck your afr. and let the powershot do its job without messing with the settings.
that is how my r2 was tuned with a C3 wheel. adjusted the fuel pressure with the FPR.

    and....

Yes you can use larger inectors as well. Though you don't want to go too large otherwise the low end will be too rich.

+1. you would possibly be running rich.
if it where me i would try to tune it with the oem injectors. if that did not help try the 750cc injectors. if you run it rich you will be at risk for GIO.

yes. the powershot settings are 4-5.
recently i changed the rrfpr from rising rate to static. and set the fuel pressure just below 50lbs. when we checked it on the afr it was a little lean. so we bumped up the fuel pressure to 52lbs. and it is right on the money with the afr. this is with a c3 wheel, jd intercooler and the jd offshore air intake kit.
the upgrades made a huge difference in the performance compared to what i had on it before.
know i am working on the pump upgrade.
