help...rxt wont start!
hi, i have a 2006 rxt that today just stopped out at sea and would not re start.... it was down on power then lost it all!
it had vibration above 4k rmp and after inspecton we have noticed we picked up a stone... prop is a damaged
now with the ski on the trailer the starter moter clonks and clicks but wont turn.... i fiddled with the spark plug caps and it started to turn over but still no fire up...its not back to just clonk clonk click click when trying to start, so i have put battery on charge
could it be the plugs???
prop seams not to be jammed

stop whaling away on the start button.... pull the pump off see if the prop spins in the pump.... IF SO, hit the start button once. if you still get a clunk, disconnect the battery and get help.

No service or look-over before you took it out?
Did you hibernate it with care?
Check the blades are not buckled into the wear-ring, and holding it back. Remove the pump, but remeber when you put it back to get the seal back in place correctly.

right....after massive looking at the prop it is not catching so attempted restart!
now the starter motor screams like its not engaging. could a faulty starter motor of caused it to stall? and now causing it to not restart?
