    Question Help with some parts!!

i found out what the problem is with my jetski but i dont know what its called or if u can even buy it without having to buy the entire starter box assembly kit. its a 95 yamaha waveblaster. the problem is the button on top (in the starter box on handle bars) that the key goes under to lift up!! inside that piece are contact points for little metal pieces that slide over each point when u put the key in. and the pieces that contact the points have springs under it and one of those springs eroded so it doesnt make contact with the points.. i dont know what that piece is called or if you can either buy just that! any help??

The picture is of the part (the piece that your have to put the key under to lift it up the knub in able to start the jet ski) that is inside the start/stop switch box

Take a picture of it and post it here. When you don't know the name of something a pic is worth a thousand words. Seriously.

you'll have to enter in you bike info to get to the page. Just keep selecting waverunner then it will ask what year select 95 waverunner and then it finally gives you the option to select waveblaster. It is under steering 1

Another option is to go onto the classified section and find out if anyone has an old switch that they would like to part with..... one that doesn't even work. In that way, you can scavange what you need.

Yes, I know that I'm tight, but it tics me off to have to buy a whole assembly just because 1 little piece of it is bad.
