    how to make jetski premix

i have a 1996 SLX 780 how do i make it premix and where do i get the kit?
any help with rebuilding a ski fully. but meaning only gasket etc. and what to look at now that motor is out. i sand everything and paint it so that the salt don't eat anything. and planning to paint inside of it.

but i want to make it premix is better i think.

You only need to get a cover to seal the opening where the oil pump was. You can make your own, or buy one from $15 to 35 depending where you buy it from.

You'll then need to address the low oil light on the MFD.

Are you saying you want to paint the inside of the motor??? Or the hull?

    40:1 under normal riding.

    32:1 for breaking in rings

And whatever the manufacturer recommends if you use synthetic.

breaking int he rings mean well jsut that breaking in the new piston ring on a fresh hone..

when you rebuild a motor, and use fresh parts.. you need to break it in and let the rings seat propper to not have any issues down the road.. and using 32:1 is one of the steps to breaking in a new motor

From the sound of it, I think he was just talking about installing new gaskets. Which, if you are going to go that far, and get the crankcase opened anyways to install the crank seals, you might as well do the whole top end rebuild. It's a little more pricey, but well worth the money!
