Found air leak now what 00' GPR
Well long story but I need to replace my motor case. Found an air leak and some metal dust near the air leak. I am gonna get some more cases but can I re-use my crank seals and cylinder base gaskets if they look good? And I guess I can clean all the metal parts like my crank and wrist pin bearings. I ran the ski for about 10 hours last season. The air leak didn't start till this season and it ran for about 20 to 30 minutes with the air leak. Cylinder walls are fine compression was 115 on all three. Pistons look good. I think it was getting hot and bogging down so I got it back to the trailer asap.

Must replace the seals. I would replace the base gaskets also. No point in doing it a 3rd time

Yeah thats what I was thinking. I was thinking some people re-use the head gasket once and I plan on doing that at least but damm thats just more crap I have to buy. I'd rather do it right though. And man I just looked them up and they are only $10 per gasket didn't expect that! No brainer. Crank gaskets are $50 so thats not that bad either.
