    Starting issue

I have a 2005 RXT. I was wondering if anyone has come across this issue? I put the key in it beeps and all but sometimes won't start, I wiggle the key make sure its in properly the instrument cluster lights up but notheing happens when pressing start. Eventually it starts up and things go well , at first I thought my battery was dead but the instrument cluster came on, could this be a low battery or possible switch ? Thanks Guys

Sounds like a similar problem I am having with my 05 RXT.
Push the start button here a CLICK but have to push a few times before it actually spins the starter.
Is this also sound like Relay??

    Thanks

Oh also forgot to mention that when I hit the stop button it shuts off everytime. Also I just installed a new Battery.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

90% sure its the starter relay. Same thing happened to mine and a buddy's ski. You can make sure by taking the red cover off and jumping the relay with a screw driver. If it starts right away then its your relay.

Mine did the same thing, It was the starter relay, sea-doo now offers a better relay its all black and incased in some kinda rubber plastic stuff.
