    Exclamation help help help! riva pump extension!

    I have the stainless steel wear ring in my pump....which i need to take out but its has hard as a rock! i tried to do the freezing thing but that thing is hard!
    as u could see in the pick i wanna put the SKAT pump extension.....

    what could i do????

    GOOD LUCK, i hate to cut mine out, after using the freeze method and a torch it was a no go time and time again, the alum to ss cross metal contamination and the tight fit pretty much welds the ring in there, damn shame i could have sold it separately too

    i thought the riva extensions were black??

    YEA ITS A SKAT MY MISTAKE...

    LOOKS LIKE MY LUCK RAN OUT....THIS SOUNDS LIKE TROUBLE...

    I WAS THINKING OF MABY TRADING IT FOR SOMEONE THE WANT A METAL RING WITH THE PUMP...
    AND I GET THERE PUMP WITH THE PLASTIC...ANYONE?

    I removed my Riva SS linear (pump extention) that way.
    Came right out.
    Be sure your pipe is exact diameter to sit on the flange where Jerry put the red X's.
    You dont want it any smaller or bigger.
