    not getting speed or rpms

so i just bought a 07 rxp with 69 hours on it and its totally stock.

had it out 3 times so far and i would say around 73* air and like 65* water and from rough to smooth water riding im only getting like 62.9 mph at best and average 62. and im only getting like 7600 rpm.

is there any common problems or anything i should look for to try and get it to rev out alittle more.

my neighbors bone stock 04 rxp with 40 hours on it kills mine out of the hole, mid and top end. on the same gps, same water conditions and everything he is running 67 at his best of the 3 times we went riding

    thanx

nope no cavitation or anything gets up and goes but just doesn't have the rpm or speed it should.

and my neighbors feels like it is alot stronger bottom mid and top end. just all around pulls harder

for now i trailer it back and forth to the lake so its in my garage on a stand so i will look under and check it all but i dont think its the prop or ring

any other ideas. i just wanna cover the basics before i have to rip the supercharger off

Do all the little stuff that you should do anyway.
Change oil & filter (make sure level is CORRECT)
    Change spark plugs
Make sure all your SC & TB clamps & hoses look good
Check your wear ring & prop

Just the "little" things can add up real fast, so don't discount
    them at all !!

i did suck like a half quart of oil out to get the oil to be like 3/4 full on the dip stick and i gained maybe 100rpm cause im at 7760 is my best at 63 gps and i think it might just be the water conditions and stuff

i was almost thinking of running some injector cleaner through it and changing the plugs. i looked over all the hoses and stuff when i had the cowl off to fix the trim and it all looked good and tight but i will go over them again.

and prop and wear rings look perfect

i have this little thought in my head that its SC washers but idk

im going to do some more investigating

    thanx

sure does thats what im scared off.

just bought the thing and had to rip it apart to replace the vts boot and clean and grease the vts motor cause the boot leaked and the motor was malfunctioning and now i might have to rip the super charger off. but i guess that whats comes with buying a used ski

    still open to more suggestions

    thanx

Highly Doubt the SC washer are "gone" IF you are
    still getting 7600 rpms..
Would get aftermarket metal washers IN asap and
    check/adjust slip
    Then, start testing from there.
