    I have 2 questions

    #1 why do people do a GPRXP conversion? is the GPR hull better than the rxp? in which way?

    #2 how does the gsx785 hull compare to the xp/spx hull(both785) in chop?
    is it a big difference?

    I have a 97 spx and found a 97gsx needing a motor just wondering if it was worth letting go of the spx. sure it bounces in the rough, but how much better is the gsx.

    I am not the biggest GPR hull fan but I like it better than the RXP, for the most part. The one GPRXP I have ridden with was sick fast (80+) and the engine was totally stock.

    As for the GS hull, I do not consider it to be much better than an X-4 hull in chop. The GS is a bit better with two on it and can take a little rougher water before it becomes a chore just to ride, let alone try to ride it hard. A GS with the same engine is slower than an X-4 in most conditions and does not handle as well (IMO, others may not agree with me).

    That said, the GS is not a bad hull, and it can ride two ok (if they are not too big as it is nowhere near as good as an RX). If you like the handling of the X-4 I am not sure you would be happy with a GSX.

    nah not too much 2 up riding for me. the rx does handle the chop better but it feels like a lug out of the hole. maybe I'll still get the gsx,fix it and then sell it?
    but what makes people want to drop a Rotax 4 tech into a gpr and not keep it in the rxp?

    To add to Krunch's a GSX is a flat bottomed hull. Which makes it more stable for two-up riding, spins easier, but also slams harder in the chop.
