stock 04 rxp what should the sc slip be?

Like it says just traded my 06 gtx 155 for a 04 rxp with 166 hours on it. Just wanting to check the slip on the sc before I take it out to get some base lines numbers. Any help would be great. Ps I searched and couldn't come up with the slip for a stock charger. Also not sure if it has metal washers yet. Is there a easy way to tell?

8-10 ft. pounds would be perfect... ceramics are greenish in color.

Kinda off topic, but didn't want to start a new thread...how often should you check slip if you are just running a stock charger? Wait until the 100 hour rebuild? I'm guessing not.
