    Riva Power Cooler

I am having an issue with the I/C and BOV rubbing the side of the hull when turning to the right. My engine mounts are perfect. Has anyone else had this problem? It doesnt slow me down, I just get an annoying resonating noise.

Does your steering cable run over the intercooler like mine?

My steering cable runs behind mine, and the reverse line (red) is on the left side looking in. The reverse cable is about chafed through too. By your pictures it looks like that BOV could be turned left some to bring it away from the boat. No?

Should the BOV turn without removing the c-clip? I tried earlier but didnt want to apply too much force.

Same problem when turning right hand down. Been playing with the BOV position.
