turbo set up
listing for sale is a real garrett gt2871 (see spec sheet) with 3 hours total run time. rated 400hp, just to give you a ball park number max PSI is, depending on air flow 24-26 psi
I bought turbo brand new, and assembled torqued to spec.
Turbo snail (hot side), up pipe, and down pipe are "white lightning" ceramic coated. also have addition 8m studs and allen head screws
up pipe: water jacketed stainless, has port for AFR (from ski md) includes manifold clamp (same as pre 08 models)
down pipe is water injected stainless (from ski md as well), to CP performance 3" stainless silencer, to Hydrojunkie stainless downturn tip.
all water water plumbing included: stainless braided hose with russel AN fittings
oil lines: inlet line: stainless braided with gauge and restrictor AN fitting
out line: just converted high temp swagelock fittings with 5/8 stainless tube which then connected to hight temp silicon wrapped in stainless, then clamped to a custom fitting that sits in the SC hole. Also have extra oil return gaskets
boost outlet side will come with a black silicone 2-2.5 90 degree bend, and 4 inches of stainless pipe with a 1/8th nipple for boost control
Boost control is a turbosmart boost controller
wastegate is stock internal, the extension rod makes it completely adjustable
DEI titanium snail wrap and titanium header wrap
clamps are a mix of stainless worm gear and t-bolt
Pipes are dirty from dirty hands removing, I had an oil leak from a silicone oil which made a mess. pics are from phone
set up is currently out, i am putting back in my ski for the holiday weekend to confirm it runs fine with no leaks... i can video or pic it in the ski or i can keep it out if a buyer is serious and prefer it stay out.. up to you..

do you have pictures of the backhousing with the downpipe??...does that come with injectors and prop???...

im keeping injectors and prop (just 60's and a repitched 15/22, nothing special)
i have not dialed in this set up in my ski with a prop thats been pitched to match 18psi.. i was running 11psi before replacing oil line. egt's (measured at manifold) were WOT: 1450 F Idle: 850 F AFR was in low 12's (I was in rough water, and could not get closer) No back pressure data.
i have run 13psi at 8550rpm with a smaller turbo (gt28r) and was just below 80 on gps.. this was high egts 1650+
back housing is 5 bolt will post pics tonight..
