Helping out a sea doo rider, not farmiliar with them. Help please

I ride a gp1200r so im not very farmiliar with sea doos, but i met somebody out on the water who has a 2003 i believe, but its a 3 seater with a 951cc motor. Sorry for not knowing the model name but regardless he lost his job and knows nothing about skis, so im going to help him out he had a big leak which i found was from the mid shaft hose clamps being loose. But now after we got all the water out his ski has a terrible bog, i changed his plugs and it didnt appear to ingest any water BUT it is possible. Im not sure where the air intakes are on these machines but it appears to be up high clear of the waterline that was in it. Anyway moving on, its fuel injected which is also new to me but im not new to wrenching so with a little guidance of whats common to go bad and where to look i think i can help a fellow rider out because if i cant then he doenst have money to go to the dealer.

So- ill be searching all night here and reading up on sea doos and then tomorrow hes comming to my house and ill take a look, so advice would be GREAT! it sure sounds like a fuel issue to me from the way it bogged so whats servicable on the injection?
