    Heaps, but no-ones talking!!

    • Water jacket as much of the heat related stuff as possible. Even right up to flanges.
    • Lots of water in the water jackets.
    • Ceramic coat the turbo inside and out. Then bag it as good as you can. Personal preference.
    • Get as much air flow thru the engine bay as you can without risking a drowning, to draw the heat out.
    • Brace anything that is likely to fall or break off.
    • Use as big as intercooler as possible. This will fit down the back above the pump tunnel nicely: http://www.frozenboost.com/product_i...9ee2852e0cc94e . But everyone has their theories on the best intercooler ever sold in the universe (sorry, sarcasism).
    • The rest is just a normal turbo setup.
    • If you run a Motec (which you do), MotecPete and GaryW have already done "a hell of a lot" in that area.
No pics, it's all just theory at the moment for me

An intercooler of that size is not needed IMO.

True but it's better than too small, yes?

    Not one!!

The system is owned by Gary and Pete. Ask them for the info. A lot of dyno time went into that setup and water testing.

I was just in the right place and the right time too borrow it for the week.

And for that I was very thankful.

When I do my own it'll have any pic you want and more. Just got to focus on other things for now.

    Sorry guys........theory only for now

    Another intercooler option

I have a Procharger Marine Intercooler for sale that might be a good possibility for a custom setup (especially turbo) on a SHO/FZR setup. Details in my for sale posting, link below:
