International Order / problems with R&d Performance Products

    Hello,

Could someone help me get in touche with R&D performance Products, please ?

I tried to email them 3 times, for the past 5 weeks or so, regarding a mistake they've made on their shipping export declaration.

I bought for about $250 of parts, and they've indicated on their SED more than $900 !!! So I had to pay on top of my purchase nearly $300 !! ( 19,5% VAT ). No way I can get back my money from the customs, has it's a mistake from the seller.

Can someone let me know what their correct email adress is.
I used: [email protected] and got no answer so far.

    Thanks for your help.

    Question

Do they have their own domain?I find it silly that a big company still uses an "AOL" address when(if) they have their own domain... I wonder why that is Cost? or just being cheap. It's not very Professional.

Buy through someone in the States like MACC racing. They will be better able to service you than direct. Thats just the way it works, Probably same price to. Try it and see. Even give them a call regarding your problem, they may be able to help. Just my experience thats all.

    Smile Try this number

I used that "aol" Address and got a reply.. they gave me a number it's a "tech" line. I know it is not what you are looking for , but they might be able to lead you into the right direction.
It's not a matter of whether or not they make reliable products- it's about customer service-AFTER the sale.

Will try one last time to email them, then will have no choice but put pics of their mistake on the WEB.

What if they ve indicated for $10 000 of afterparts on their invoice, instead of $100 ?!! Our VAT is at 19,6%. Easy to guess how much of importance ot is when dealing with international orders, through the web.

Thanks for the phone number; Though, I would rather have a correct email adress. I' don't feal at ease arguing on the phone, as I'm not a native english speaking person. Thanks for the help...
