my friend overheated his 96 xp today .the sea strainer broke and overheated the engine it melted all the 1/4 inch hoses that goes to the pipe .it didnt dies it was just very hot . we replaced all the hoses and ran it on the flush kit but it seemed like the pipe was still getting to hot and also the front cylinder felt a little hotter than the rear one .it starts up and runs fine but just wondering why the pipe is still getting .the pipe is dried out and he's not running a rave valve on the water box that set up has been that way for years now any help will be appreciated
