    Another polaris win

I am glad to say that I beat a sea poo in the 800 runabout class on Sunday at Madisonville TX.
They had us running with the 255 hp 4 strokes
I had beat some on the hole shot, and beat one of them in the overall race,
The Limited Pro 785 ran good,

That is kick ass!! I so wanted to go to that race but both my 785s are down right now. I think that is the last race around the Houston area for 2010, isn't it?

What else were you running against?

The next race is at the Colony in Dallas on July 5-6 and at lake Dallas Sept. 11-12th

There were only a couple of other 2 strokes in the runabout class, all the rest were the Big 4 strokes, they look like a small yacht compared to the Pros,
Every brand was racing Kawasaki, Sea Doo, Yamaha, everything but Honda,

Kicked some butt huh? Sweet.. Hopefully mine will be running real soon!. maybe today matter of fact! But i'm not holding my breath.

Did you kill them on the bouys? or hole shot or wide open running thru the course?

Just curious what advantage you had over the rest.. Or was it driver skill? lol

Anyone come close to hitting ya in the corners?

The big 4 strokes have an advantage on the big sweeping turns,
They have to keep up the RPM's not to loose ground, they power into the corner, were as the Pro 785 you back off just a hair and it turns on a dime, they make big sweeping corners and the Pro makes tight quick turns,
But on the tight corners the 785 was quick, some laps I took the inside split with the tight corners, and some I took the outside split, with wider turns, it really depended on the chop and waves, getting behind one of those big beast sucked, I actually almost spun out on one bouy there were 2 ft rollers in the middle of the turn and it caught the nose and spun me around.
They are so heavy they just plow thru the waves like a Hatteras.
