If a person wants to paint the ugly grey body parts in particular the front bumper what is the best paint to use.I was going to take it to an automotive paint shop and get it base clear coated.

I guess it's good timing that you posted this, because just yesterday i was looking at the front of my ski and wondering the same thing. I plan on taking it sometime this week to a friend of mine that owns a paint and body shop and see what he says. I'll post or let you know what he says as soon as i find out

You can do like JD did and take them off. If you paint plastic it will come off when it touches something.

i saw the pic on JD website,if i take of all the fender n bumper have to seal it wif something rite?

I'd love to paint my plastic bits, but as much as it bumps up against the dock it would look like crap pretty quick even if the paint was properly bonded to the plastic..
