    Why Align The Engine

Here is how far the driveline/engine were out of alignment. Chris said just shove it in there it'll be all right, he sees this and says it'll be fine!!
Although he can't figure out why the whole boat vibrates so much.
Man oh man, how long did he really think the driveshaft, impeller, bearings etc. would last like this??
    Friggin Polaris Abuser!!

P.S. A lot of this alignment issue was corrected by cleaning the pump sections that were full of corrosion.

Cool info! I was just installing my EXT pump sleeve when I ran into issues well I pulled it all apart and fine tuned the fitment amazing how many little dings and nicks and corrosion areas there can be! I heard the ting of the impeller contacting the inside the first go around but let it slide! this time it seems way smoother! Z

I got one back like that from my local .I later borrowed their alignment tool .Did them a favour and machined the end of it down so it slid into the splines correctly and low and be hold my alignment problem went away .Like buying a toilet seat and it not having a hole in it really!

    Cheers
