    quick quote

How much would you charge someone to install a triple outlet fuel pump, all new fuel lines going everywhere and a complete carb rebuild for 2 -95SLT's?

I have 2 I'm working on right now.. he has 6's in there! A little hot wouldn't you say? I'm going to tell him use BPR8-ES's instead..

I looked at the plugs and they had a nice orangish color on the center electrode. the rest of the plug looked good. It also has a clean side and a darker side on the flat of the plug.. clean side was the open side of the elctrode.

look how nasty those lines are! dirt central all over them. everyone of them! I'm replacing the gas in-line filters also,, check the floats in the senders. I wish I had a sender in mine. I have the 2 pickup tubes with the weighted screens. these must of been made a little farther into the production year..

I just did the same thing to both of my SL's and i would think at least 100 or 150 bucks per ski. Maybe more its worth that just to get the carbs off!! LOL

I would have said 2-3 hrs per ski

$75 an hour is cheaper than the dealer

I would go with $150.00 each also, the fuel lines and fuel pump are simple its those 6 stinking nuts for the carbs that sucks! But 150.00 is very fair for him & not too bad for you either. You could be greedy and get more but whats the purpose other than greed. I try to help others all the time its just good karma.

Are you providing the hardware as well? If so you are getting hosed.

    Fuel Line
    Clips/Clamps
    Ties
    Rebuild kits

Noooooooooooo. he bought everything. 6 carb kits, 50 foot hose,2 pumps and tie wraps..

i was just talking labor.. trhe bonus is,, the kits have everything in it to rebuild my pumps on the Pro for free! lol

i think 150.00 each is fair, friends or not.. it does take knowledge and some experience and time to get it done. and if i'm doing this, i could be out working making money..

I dont want to be greedy either. I'm not like that.. sounds fair to me.. half done, just waiting on my fuel pumps.. the 1 thing that does suck doing these , is getting the hoses over the water seperator fittings. they are bigger than the rest of the fittings..

    another oxy-moron design..

Hey i'll get a picture of me in the front of the ski! its too funny.lol 6-1 and I fit!
