    custom water cooled headers

That exhaust manifold is sexy! But what I'm more interested in knowing about is the thru the deck exhaust. At least that is what it looks like. I also love the cold air intake. However promod can you elaborate on the awesome exhaust??

    customers ski

The exhaust is what the customer wanted, he loved the look, it is also water cooled. He loves the sound and also we have learned with the higher horsepower machines that there is alot of pressure (CFM's) coming out of the exhaust in the factory location causing a build up of pressure between the ski and the ride plate and it is causing a void in the water exiting the jet drive. The air box has the scoop on top bring in fresh air from the outside of the ski. This ski here has also a single throttle body intake, ported and polished with big valves cylinder head, VF22 turbo, and a standalone ecu, we will be doing testing this next week, the ski is almost done and will post the results with video here.

Exhaust back pressure is not really a big deal with your setup posted.

I recorded EBP 6 years ago, and found it about 6-10 PSI from the intake pressure.

Your setup could possibly yield 74-75 on glass GPS with a stock hull when tuned correctly.
