    Help with a 94 SL750

Hey guys, I need some help. Bad night here. I went out to the shed to get out my 94 SL750. I had a guy clean out my carbs last fall. When I went to start it, it wasn't sucking any fuel. I quickly learned that he hadn't bothered to hook up the fuel pump. All of the hoses have been yanked, and I have no idea which hose goes where. Does anyone have a diagram or an explanation? Thanks

    Welcome to the hulk.

Pleasae get familiar with the tech section. Lots of great info is found in there.

The last link was helpful, but I need a little more detail. I'm probably just not advanced enough with the terms. I'm sitting here with a fuel pump that has three nipples (for lack of a better term). Two are along the edge and one is in the middle. Can anyone give me any idea which hose goes where? A pic showing this would be most helpful. I also need to figure out where the line hooks to the carb itself, as it has been disconnected.

Three nipples total means an original fuel pump.

The preferred Fuji fuel pump is the three outlet version.

The triple outlet Fuji fuel pump has five nipples.
Three to feed to the three carburetors, one fuel supply connection from the fuel tank, and one nipple for the pulse line from the engine crank case.

You should update the fuel system including the fuel pump.

But here's what you were looking for.

I just did the 3-outlet pump on mine, it's not hard at all. Everyone here recommends it. Also replaced all fuel lines while I was at it. you don't even have to pull the carbs, you can get to everything easily. If you go to that trouble, check the lines inside the tank. I had a lot of trouble last summer, I found my main fuel pickup line had a split in it, so I was picking up air. After I replaced everything, she fired right up. I'm SO ready to get in the water.
