I need Tips when Custom painting a ski!

I have a 05 RXT which I have about $200.00 bucks in it. The engine runs, but needs pulled out and flush the supercharger pieces out of it. I figure mine as well make it look good while its out. The Hull is beat up. Ran up on a oyster bed or 2 in its life. Also the guy ran it into a dock going slow and cracked the hood. So I will need one of those soon..lol

Im going to find a local auto body shop to do the prep and painting for me. I just want to know my stuff before letting someone who paints cars for a living do it to my jetski. Is there a special paint I should put on it for a jet ski? There is a small chunk takin out of the side where its down to some fiber glass. Quarter size..can that be repaired with bondo to fill it in? Never painted a boat before so its a first for me!

I need a few websites to check out different colors. And some tips from you guys who have done this! Tips on tearing this thing apart would be great also!

I will take some pics along the way here once I get it started... Heres what she looks like now..
Plus a pic of my other project im in the middle of...

I know its in ruff shape! Sad thing is it only has 90HRS on it. AND the guy had a cover laying next to the trailer in the side yard .
