    AFR install...temp or perm?

Hey guys i have a dynotune display and a lc-1. was reading on here and it seems like some of you are temporarily leaving yours installed. i know the moisture sux on the sensor but you can get one at autozone. anyway i was wondering what you guys are doing with your LED and the monetary switch as far as installs. i have 4 gauges in my mirrors. i was thinking about putting the switch and led in the gauge but if no one is leaving them in, that seems like a waste.

Mine are innovate and I have no plans of taking them out. After about 10 rides now I really notice no water on them anyways. I did put a silicone bead around the edge though anyways.

The switch and led is optional and I dont run either. Just pull the gauge apart and seal it from the inside around the circuit board and outer housing and you will have no issues.

You just fire up the lc-1 with no sensor and then after it shuts off you plug in the sensor and turn it back on. It will automaticly cal.

I dont use a toggle. I plug and unplug the lanyard with no sensor hooked up and wait for it to shut off then plug in the sensor and plug in the lanyard and wait about 1-2min for the cal to finish. Dont have to do it everytime.

    per the instructions....

    5) Hook up the calibration switch and LED as shown below.
This switch and LED are required to recalibrate the unit or see
diagnostics via the LED. Hooking up the switch and led are optional.

i might just hook up the LED near my fuse box, till i get used to it.
