turns better right
last time i was out riding i noticed that my ski turned much better to the right than it would to the left.
from what ive read the rod gets bent...? right?
so replace whole steering cable?
or is can it simply be adjusted...i havent really checked it out yet

There is nothing wrong with your ski. All turn easier to the right, because of the engine rotation, and rotation of the prop. If they designed it to rotate in the opposite direction, you would have the same effect, just the opposite.

I just noticed this last night too when I was out messing around. I thought maybe something was wrong as well, but I guess that makes sense.
I took a straight edge to my nozzle and measured the bars and they are centered to verify as well.

I run an 02 GTX DI, I have noticed the same thing with mine too, I thought something was wrong so I measured, and everything was centered. I guess that is just the way they are as explained above.

yea i was testing this theory again yesterday.
it definately turns sharper to right, but i swearing it looks like nozzle is going more to right(looking while riding)

easy way to check. while on plane and at a good speed, hold the bars loosely. the force of the water coming out of the pump will center the steering nozzle and the ski should be going straight. now look at your bars. are they level? also is the boat level or tilted to one side? (make sure your weight is balenced) if your bars are not level then you need to adjust the cable accordingly. if they are but the boat is tilted to one side then you have something causing drag on the lowest side of the boat. otherwise, like 96xpss said, its normal.
