Time to drop a coin or two in the name of performance!

Well, I have pulled together some coin to get some goodies for my ski (2007 fx12x) and Im ready to place an order. Ive been reading all I can find and still dont really know which way to go. The only mod I have now is and intake grate (modded the stock one)

    Here's what I want.

Way more rip out of the hole and mid range.
    Upper 60's on the GPS.
    Retain the Stock handling.
    Service after the sale.

    Here's what I dont want.

    Loud pipes.
    Poor fuel economy.
    Reliability issues.

    The budget is around $1200

    Help!!!!!

Sell your ski for $4K, add $1200 and purchase a used RXP for around $5K

That would be your best bet imo.

Get the following mods and it could possably yeild the speed you want.

    Super Jim's alpha kit: 150.00
    Modded ride plate: 85.00
    Torque solutions intercooler: 350.00
    SOLAS 17/29 impeller: 270.00
    Worx sponsons: 260.00
    Air filters: 30.00

Those mods are a way to get you there on a budget. Lets get some feedback on this.

Would I not loose some of the sharp handling with the Sponsons and ride plate mod?

    he said good fuel economy

and reliability...which can be had but you're setup looks dangerous to me.

I see you have improved your intake air and exhaust flow over stock. The 42's are stock on the xcharger boat with stock intake and exhaust. The X exhaust flows better than the 06 but you're still supplying more air. I bet you in the 13's at wot with your afr.

I have an almost new rrfpr I'll sell ya.

It handles even better with the sponsons, I have a modded grate and Worx sponsons and I can turn on a dime. Also I have taken turns at full speed with no problems, its just hard to hold on turning at full speed. Also the sponsons reduce porpoising at all speeds.
