    Island racing question...

Ok so i know Carl's a busy guy and all BUT... i sent my prop out to him on tuesday the 15th, i'm in mass, he's in NY, therefore he should have received it by friday, monday the latest. I put a note in there instructing him to call me when he got it. It's now basically friday, still no call. I had also emailed him to reconfirm my note, and also called. Still no communication. What should I do? He emailed me before when i was asking about his services. I'm worried it got lost in the mail cause i heard the post office i went to is kinda shotty.

So carl if you read this please contact me! I know you're busy, i too, run a small business, but it doesn't take that long to send an email at the end of the day and at least let me know you've got my prop....

He is just busy. Carl is a stand up guy.
Keep calling and you will get him eventually.

I've also had problems with his customer service. I sent him my carbs about a year ago and bought some other things at the same time. I was happy with the work that he did, but he didn't include what jetting he used on the carbs. I sent him an email asking him about what jetting he used, and I got no response at all. I just figured that after spending $800 I at least deserved that. And I sent him another email about a month ago about a product that he sells. Again, no response. As someone else suggested, you could send him a pm. But if he has time for that, he should have time to return e-mails also. Not impressed and I won't be a return customer.
