Rossier pipe on 96xp or save for spec2?

Found a rossier pipe for 96xp for 150 figured cheap. Any gains or just go with tried and true spec 2? Not a race boat but a fun river boat

The Rossier made a difference on a stock 97 gtx with just f/a. Never ran a spec 2 but from what I've read and have seen, much more playing around and paying attention with a spec 2.
