have you replaced the grey fuel lines? if not, then not even the finest filters will help there is really no need for a 3rd filter. Yes a 3rd filter.
Seadoo's come with a filter under the hood, and the carbs have another filter inside. replace the grey lines clean the fuel selector switch and inspect the carbs/rebuild

Dude....its Mint. New clear raceing lines, separator/filter, Selector valve, Carbs.
selector & carbs are painted & white litheum greased. Touch-starts. I am thinking
since once the fuel leaves the tank, it doen't go back in, it recirculates until used.
I'll put it in the return line, on a hunch! I wouldn't want those two thirsty carbs get
an air leak on the Suction/Supply side! Any Opinions? I pre-ride dump the fuel bowl.

Bill, put the filter just before the carbs, but make sure that glass filter is firmly straped so that it doesn't break. I would recommend the plastic filters that you can pick up from parkeryamaha for about 2 bucks a piece. Shipping is high so you might want to buy about 6 or 7 of them and replace them each year.
