Pro 785 rods
I have a 2000 pro 785 and I am looking to put some parts in the hopper for the destind rebuild, i am having a hard time finding a manufacturer of the connecting rods other than the factory replacements. Does anyone know if there is a manufacturer out there that makes these. Thanks for any help. I am parting out my 1996 slx780 so if you need something let me know thanks Mike

Hey Mike WELCOME to the Green Hulk!!
I would think Hot Rods would have something??
Try some of the Crank Rebuilders-CrankWorks and I'm sure others have other builders, I just don't remember them.

Ph20 Thank you for the welcome, I did check the weisco catalog and they dont offer the hot rods for my ski, I also checked wsm and they do not either. It is my understanding that the 785 uses a ever so slightly longer rod than normal skis, weisco offers hot rods for 650-780 but not 785. What makes the 785 rods so special that they dont offer them. Thanks again Mike

just an update on an old thread. SBT has 785 rods now. Already put a crank together with these rods and they look real nice.
