951 Top end Rebuild question... *Pics*
I just took off the head on my buddys top end of his GTX Limited. He rode it all day and toward the end it lost power and he drove it in. No compression on the Mag Cylinder. 126 HRS .
It threw all the wrist pin needle bearings into the cylinder and it beat the hell out of the piston and the head.
When I pull the engine, Can I fish all the needle bearings out without spliting the case? How many should I be looking for?
Is this head still usable? Or should I be looking for a new one?

Replace the head. I have run heads with a little damage but a WP bearing failure is like a gernade going off in there.
Split the cases. The pieces will be too numerous to even try to get a count and you likely will need a crank anyway.
I had one fail like this and I shut it off the very instant it happened and it still beat the crap out of the upper rod journal. You may want to run a damaged rod, but I was not going to do so.
