2000 gpr 1200 no spark/display
I tried to start my gpr today and it fired up and then stopped. Now it will crank but no power to display and no spark?

I just saw the same problem at work. Are you getting a overheat signal also? The one I saw was getting a over heat signal and would crank over but no spark.Had a problem with the water temp harness from cdi to sensor

The display does not work at all so I cannot see any warnings. There is no beeping and the power valves are not doing their initial cycle either. Only thing it does is crank!

I bet you are wondering about the Advent again.
On my XL, it wouldn't crank and nothing on the display. I had to replace the MFD.
Your engine at least cranked. I would check the ground on the motor, and make sure none of the terminals in the MFD connectors have corrosion?

I stopped using the Advent a long time ago. The perofmance gains were not worth the reliabiltiy! Bill said it could be my temp sensor at the stinger? I think the display would at least work in this case. I am going to check all connections.
