    is this a cooling issue?

    piston looks like a moon crater all the way around,the edge if it is completly gone in the cyl all the way around,can see the rings,what happend?

    typically that is due to a lean fuel/ air mixture. Maybe an air leak or clogged fuel filter for example.

    An overheat failure would be more of sticking the piston to the wall or melting of parts.

    Pictures will help a lot.

    this is on a buddy of mine 92 xp,trying to help him out,i dont know much about the seadoos but i can turn a wrench.thanks yall.
