Waking up mfd
Got my second slt 750 running last night. Fired right up, isnt there a procedure for waking up the mfd? This things been asleep for two years. I only ran for about 30 seconds or so twice.

it should turn right on once the boat is started or attempted to start.. you can hit the mode button and it should wake right up

Multi-Function Display (MFD)
The MFD should wake up when;
Engine is cranked, even if it doesn't start
Any button on MFD is pressed firmly for a second or two.
If it doesn't, remove and ohm check the fuse. Must be zero ohms. Also look for corrosion in the fuse holder.
If that doesn't fix, it, either try another MFD, or check for voltage at the MFD connector. Should be full battery voltage between Black and Red/Purple wires, and between Black and Yellow wires.

Thanks K447. Were is the fuse located? The starter was shorted out on this ski, when I hooked up the battery the starter got hot. Took it off and it was locked up so it may have blown the fuse. Thanks for all the help.

It's inside the electric box in the hull.

Thanks stl-sl650! Found it tonight and yes it was bad. MFD lit up and is reading now! Heres a pic of the pump and after math that I pulled of and the the next is of John Ziglers triple pump kit.
