    Rotax Racing ecu problem -HELP !!!

    Guys,
    This is the story,
    I have a 2007 rxp ,
    I've rebuild the engine ,
    plugged in everything.
    NOW.
    Before i started the engine for the first time,
    I plugged in a brand new rotax racing ecu but it has a remark for rxtx,rxpx my 2008/8,8
    installed it according to the instruction,
    and now
    the engine dosent want to start.
    BUT
    it starts with a oem ecu with no issue.
    When i called/write with Juan marc from Easy Rider -rotax racing parts seller,
    when i was buying it he said hat everything will work with no issue, althought it is a 2007 ski.
    Now my question is do you think its a problem with the ecu,
    or should i update the gauges and harness to 2008 spec,
    or maybe i installed the ecu wrong( but if thet it should start eny way- but would have the idle wrong)
    Also I am trying to start it with 42 lbs injectors- could that be the case also- 60 lbs are neccesary?.
    I doesnt start with the gauges pinned out either.

    any help will be nice, before i will start spending more mony on parts that i maybe do not need.

    You will need 60lb injectors to to run the RR 2008 8800 ecu, it will not start with the 42s.

    I know two people that can sell you some 60's for pretty cheap. let me know.

    How does the ecu know what injectors you have?

    ok, i've just put in 60lbs and looks better will see in a few minutes.

    So why does it not start with the 42s? I understand it not running but not starting I dont.

    I'm guessing it would pop and fart acouple times with the 42's but not start and idle. The low duty cycle it takes to get the idle clean with the 60's is not enough for the 42's to spray hardly any fuel at all.
