R&D Pro-Action Steering for GP1300R
Can anyone let me know if the R&D PRO Action Steering will fit the GP1300R 06 model... I have notice that the 06 steering column does not allign with the R&D steering...Do I have to drill holes?????Help

Which holes are you talking about? I had to do a little grinding on the stock steering arm to allow it to move up so that the bolt would align on the shaft of the R&D unit. I would say it was off about 1/32" I used sand paper on a flat surface to keep it square and neat kept sanding in a figure 8 until it fit.

I had to pull the cowlings and loosen front of hood base as girth of R&D steering stem just wouldn't fit through. If you mean drilling the mounting plate, no I did no drilling. Be sure you have rotated the plate correctly. Mine slipped right over existing bolt pattern on the 2000 GP1200r.
