I found that my PWC performance worst after running over debris/sand.

I have check impeller ,and seem it's ok,
water cooling seem ok also, becuase of water come out as normal.

Could anyone help me figure out, what 's might a reason for performance drop

    My PWC 2010 run only 13Hr+ ,
as before i have 110Kmh at WOT,but now unable to reach it at WOT ,ony 105Kmh.

Anything i need to check/clean sand might be there in my engine/intercooler?

Please suggest me how to check/clean or give me some advice.
    Thank .

    Jack.

sand in your intercooler might need to back flush.
    This is a must.http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1432

    Hi,
    thank for all reply

I have ordered Intercooler Water Filter Kit ,
and will install it in a few days.

I did have back flush a intercooler(put water reverse back through water outlet)

But i think i found more problem, look like impeller do not well balance also.
Becuase of my PWC have much totter when running than before.

So far so good,i will try to install some strainer for sure.

Is it safe to back flush the intercooler just by running water through it?
