Thread: Todays testing

Being i was not working today i decided to take the super charger out of my conversion which has the E1 wheel in it and i put it in the SHO, I put in a set of GPR injectors because i did not have a rising rate regulator in the ski and i raised the power shot red pod all the way up. I did not know what i was going to end up on the air fuel ratio that's why i put the red pod to max, I took it to the canal and did a wide open run air fuel was at 11.7 to 1 the RPM'S were at 8540 and speed was 84.4 MPH. so i did a run going the other way of the canal same 11.7 to 1 same RPM'S and same speed 84.4 MPH. water was dead calm.
Then i turned the red pod down to the 5 setting did another run air fuel was 12.6 to 1 the RPM'S were 8580 and speed was 85.0 MPH. i was so happy how the ski did, Mind you i was riding the ski and i weigh in at 270 i could not be more happy.
Here are a couple pictures of how i mounted the EFI GPR injectors with the spacers and longer bolts so i can get them to work. Being i went out for testing today i did not bring my camara i will take a video at a later day. Thank you, Jim

Nice job Jim you have your SHO running awesome in this hot & humid Florida summer weather.

Wow, nice speeds Jim... Amazing how well the GPR injectors work without an adjustable regulator.. And you could actually make it run too rich with that setup too.. That means it will work great in cooler air also...

You are correct Ross i could not believe how much fuel they put out were i was able to drop the power shot that low and still put out that much fuel, And again thank you for the injectors you gave me for free so i can have a complete set.
