slh 700 mfd staying on for days
hi just bought polaris slh 700 runs great but digital display is allways on causing bat to go flat have read instructions that tells me it should switch off after 5 mins is there a fix for this ?

The clock should always be displayed.
The rest of the MFD internally goes to sleep after five minutes. If you wait more than five minutes, then press a button, does the LCD 'wake up' and self test all segments?
My guess is that the LR voltage regulator module has failed, and there is voltage on the Orange wires when the engine is not running.
Measure the voltage on Orange.
Engine on, Orange should be full battery charging voltage (over 13.5 volts).
Engine off, Orange should be zero volts, or very close to zero volts.
