Son tried using RXP as gravel crusher, is this ok to run? Now with impeller pictures!

Well my son (oldest who was home for the 4th) decided after being told not to take the modded RXP, took it and wiped out the impeller, wear ring, and broke all the these vanes, is this ok to run this way, or do I need to figure a way to fix it? What type of losses, will I see if its ok to run this way?
    Thanks

No shit, soooooooo, what happens when I grind them out? Speed up, or speed down? I figure somehow they work to prevent cavitation, are they neccessary or not? Oh does the UPS girl in your avitar, deliver here for Green Hulk orders?????

It won't change the speed - grind them all out flush - broken ones cause cavitation. Better yet - let the son grind them flush

The prop is a write off, and the wear ring even looks better.
