    New owner, questions?

Well after looking for quite a long time I finally bought my first pwc, a 2005 gp1300r. It had some minor scratches, and on one side the graphics were starting to peel, but seems to run great and has about 160 hours on it. I got it for 4250. Think I got a good deal?

So I'm here to ask if there Are any mods I should
do first to keep my ski running great?

    Thanks in advance!

your question is more for reliability that "go fast" performance so remove the catalyic converter and remove the exhaust sensor for starters, if its not already done and with that many hrs, premix would be advisable, your on borrowed time with those oil hoses and oil pump. Any repair bills or work done previously is good to know .BUT MOST IMPORTANT!! get the service and repair manual($10-15) CD-ROM and read up on the ski and its servicing and taking care of info, the owners manual is a must read too but the service manual is your bible and read and search your ski on GREEN HULK

btw-- if you decide to mod for high performance ,there are many top tuners and members here to help
