    Are these pump vanes ok?? More destrutction (pictures of course)

    Well heres what the pump vanes look like, I'm hoping its ok, what are the experts opinions?

    Ive seen a lot worse..Take a file and file down the burs and you should be good to go....

    If that is the only damage it has I would also just clean it up and use it.

    Yep, nothing to worry about, seen a lot worse.

    1" emery cloth strip, about 4ft long looped thro the pump, over the vane, moved back and forth will take out the rough edges that you can leave with the dremmel or similar.
