WTB--'Short' pump drive shaft and Thru-hull bearing

I need a short drive shaft for my '94SL750. The shaft measures 20 3/8" end to end. The thru-hull bearing was leaking and I found the shaft is all buggered up near the rear seal.

I haven't pulled the bearing yet to see if the seals are replaceable. But, if anyone has a good condition thru-hull bearing I'd like to know what you need for it.

    Thanks,
    KJ

I've got a decent DS I'll let go for shipping. (not the best shape, but should work)

All out of thru hull seals. I need to look into rebuilding these things. I've been wiping out DS lately because the Manganese or whatever they coat the bearing surface with it getting worn out and marring up the shafts....

When you do, post up some how-to video and photos

By this point in time, I expect most Polaris PWC need their through-hull seals rebuilt/replaced.

It is not a good idea to wait until you actually notice water getting into the hull around the drive shaft. Long before then, you will have water trapped inside the through-hull bearing, and degrading the drive shaft surface.

Here's the odd thing. I got the thru-hull bearing out of the hull. The rubber seals actually look decent and the sections of the shaft where they ride look good too. The part of the shaft that is buggered up is where the bushings ride on the shaft. On the rear portion of the bearing there looks to be an insert in the bushing that has worn through on the bottom but has full thickness on the top. On the front portion there is no similar insert to be found. I'm guessing this engine has been out before and probably isn't properly aligned causing the shaft to set at an angle to the bearing.

Good assumption, but the bearing resides in a rubber hose.

It's going to follow the driveshaft.

My guess is the DS is bent
